Profile

Walter C. Grollitsch joined the firm in 2001. He practices patent and trademark law with an emphasis on the preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications involving mechanical, hydromechanical and electromechanical arts. Mr. Grollitsch is also skilled in patent opinion work and pre-litigation assessment. He works with various mechanical and electrical related technologies, including fiber optics and oilfield equipment. Prior to joining Patterson & Sheridan, Mr. Grollitsch worked as a project engineer for FMC Technologies Inc. and subsequently as a lead engineer for KVM Technologies Inc. in Houston.
