Profile

Ron Embry is a patent attorney who has been with the firm since 2007.  Ron’s practice focuses on global patent prosecution, appeals, patent invalidity, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions, and agreements in respect of protecting intellectual property for clients in the semiconductor, energy, and petrochemical industries.  Ron is a chemical engineer with extensive prior experience with a major multi-national oil company, which enables him to understand and advise large clients on protecting their valuable intellectual property assets.
