Profile

Mark O'Boyle joined the firm in 2004. Mr. O'Boyle's practice focuses on the development and implementation of intellectual property strategies to meet business objectives, contract and license development and negotiation, and due diligence and litigation support. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O'Boyle was Intellectual Property Manager for Applied Materials and most recently IP Counsel for Flextronics International.
