Profile

Jason Huang primarily practices patent and trademark law, with a concentration in patent prosecution and patent counseling. A significant focus of his practice has been in the areas of oil field equipment, semiconductor processing, and chemical processing. Mr. Huang performs portfolio reviews and provides other due diligence counseling, including rendering legal opinions relating to validity and infringement. He also supports litigation efforts involving intellectual property including pre-filing investigations. Jason is proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese.
