Profile

Janis Biksa was formerly a Principal Patent Counsel with Medtronic Cardiovascular and joined the firm in 2012. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Patterson & Sheridan providing rigorous technical and legal analysis with extensive knowledge and experience in medical devices, semiconductor manufacturing, complex electrical and mechanical systems, and patent litigation, having successfully argued before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to joining Medtronic, Janis was a partner in the law firm of Peters, Verny, Jones & Biksa L.L.P. in Palo Alto, California.
