Profile

Chih-Huai (Randy) Chiu joined the firm in 2008 as a technical advisor. He prepares and prosecutes domestic and international patent applications with an emphasis on semiconductor processing and equipment. Mr. Chiu has extensive prosecution experience in Taiwan and China. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a chief patent engineer for Tsai Lee & Chen, an intellectual property law firm in Taiwan, for five years where he prosecuted patent applications and provided legal opinions and litigation supports for foreign clients. Mr. Chiu is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese and English.
