Profile
Casey's practice focuses primarily on patent preparation and prosecution. Casey specializes in the area of computer science, and has technical expertise in software design and engineering, computer graphics, image processing, virtual computing, web application design and web application server administration. He has several years of experience in the software industry, having worked as a web engineer for Lowe's Hardware and as a Java EE developer for ECR Software. Casey received his B.S. in computer science from Appalachian State University, his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law, where he served as an editor for the Valparaiso University Law Review and as an Honors Program Member, and his LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
